High Vibe Alignment was created in 2015 by Sophie Rogers, Birmingham, UK. Her passion for crystals, yoga and all things well-being came about when she was going through treatment for cervical cancer. Being 22 years old when diagnosed, Sophie struggled a lot, especially with her mental health at this stressful time. After being invited to a cancer support centre, Sophie was introduced to yoga, meditation, reiki and crystals. Feeling instantly connected and enormously uplifted by these holistic practices, she felt they had a great impact on her recovery.
Sophie bought her first ever crystals and started making crystal necklaces with them. She found it calming, therapeutic and something positive to focus on. She would wear a different crystal every day and soon people started asking Sophie if she could make necklaces for them too! Getting creative with crystals struck a passion within her and Sophie wondered if she would be able to make a business out of her new found hobby.
After creating a business plan and securing support from The Princes Trust, Sophie’s business began to flourish. She would set up her pop up shop every weekend at different markets and events all over the Midlands, even winning an award at the UK’s Young Market trader of the Year competition. With the consistent growth of High Vibe, Sophie was selected to represent The Princes Trust as a Young Ambassador. Attending events and delivering speeches all over the UK about how she set up her business, meeting many amazing and influential people along the way.
Sophie’s jewellery designs and range of products expanded over time and in August 2018, Sophie discovered a small, yet perfect retail shop at the beautiful grounds of Grangewood Garden Centre, Tamworth, Staffordshire. After some planning and a little TLC this lovely space transformed into High Vibe Crystal Cabin - Sophie’s work studio and crystal shop where she loves chatting to her customers and making bespoke jewellery for them.
Sophie’s passion for yoga, meditation and yoga philosophy deepened over the years. In 2019 qualifying as a yoga teacher, she now loves teaching her weekly classes in the Tamworth area and online.
Sophie’s desire to improve her own mental health and wellbeing is the inspiration behind her use and practice of these ancient tools and traditions. She is passionate about spreading their benefits and the positive impact they have on her and hopes others can receive the same benefit too.
