Beginners Welcome! An ideal class if you are new to yoga or prefer a more gentle practice.
Please bring with you a yoga mat and blanket.
Drop in classes - no need to book, just turn up and enjoy!
Friday 9:45-10:45 at St. Barnabus Church
Chair Yoga is a form of gentle exercise to suit all ages and capabilities and has many physical and mental benefits:
increases strength and flexibility
improves mental wellbeing
uplifts mood and increases energy levels
If you have one, please bring a yoga mat or a small rug and cushion (don't worry if not). Wear comfortable clothing, socks or bare feet
