Sound Bath Relaxation (Castle Bromwich)

Sophie is offering monthly sound bath relaxation sessions! Sound is one of the most healing tools we have available to us and sound baths are the perfect time for you to switch off, relax and just be present in the sound around you. Doors will open from 6:15pm. Please be in the room before 6:25pm so that we all have time to get cosy! There is free parking available on the road outside of the church gate.  Please bring with you: -Yoga or exercise mat to lay down on -a warm, cosy blanket  -a pillow, or 2 for extra comfort. Or a yoga bolster. -an eye mask or eye pillow, if you have one -a hot water bottle if you would like extra warmth -anything else you may want to bring to feel warm and cosy!
