Saturday Yin Yoga

A free taster session of Sophie's Yin Yoga classes. Yin Yoga is a quiet contemplative practice that is focused around deeper healing and the deepest tissues in our body known as fascia. Please wear comfortable clothing, mats and other equipment will be provided but feel free to bring your own! Note: One free taster session per person.
